What Do I Do After Clicking the Button?
Booking with RRT is easy. After clicking the link , select your preferred tour date from the calendar. Available tours for this day will load automatically. Click on the tour you desire. If your preferred tour is not showing availability please contact us and we may be able to organise a special tour for you. Enter the number of Adults and Child passengers. Click how many vegetarian or standard lunches are required. Enter the details requested and a preferred pick up location. There are many hotels in Wellington and we haven’t listed them all. If your hotel is not listed click TBA and write a note listing your particular hotel and we will be in contact with a pick up time. Read and accept our Terms and Conditions. Now confirm with credit card payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard.\r\n\r\nOnce confirmed you will need to print off a confirmation receipt for your records. We will contact you if any details need clarifying. Enjoy the rest of your day, have a pleasant journey to Wellington and we will see you on the day of the tour.The Twilight Rover, Adventure Wairarapa and Mountain Bike Tours operate on demand and do not have online booking capability. Prices
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include 15% Goods and Services Tax. Day Tours and Sightseeing prices are on a per person basis. Prices are valid until 30th April 2017 but are open to change at any time. Child prices for day tours apply to children aged 0 –12 years inclusive.
Conditions
All effort will be made to offer the tour as advertised but RRT reserves the right to alter prices, times, itineraries or arrange alternative transportation and services when required. Confirmed bookings can be transferred to another day at no charge when RRT is notified with 24 hours notice. Cancellation of confirmed bookings 14 days prior to departure will be refunded in full. For cancellations 7-13 days from the date of your tour you will receive a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations within 7 days of the tour date. Third party suppliers may also charge cancellation fees, check with them before you book. RRT will not use any details supplied to us in any untoward way. You email address may be used by RRT to contact you for customer surveys or to offer special deals. In accordance with been a responsible tour operator RRT will do our upmost you have a safe and happy time with us. Sometimes things can go wrong though. It is recommended that customers adequately insure themselves against cancellation chares, accident and the possible loss of money or personal belonging.
